Inserting a Drill Down

A Drill Down can be placed almost anywhere in the template, depending on what the Drill Down is supposed to show. To fetch more automatic search conditions into the Drill Down, it should be placed in an active cell along side a SEARCHVAL row, as shown in the example below. For more information, see SEARHVAL.

Follow the steps below to insert a Drill Down:

1. Select the active cell where the Drill Down should be placed.
2. Then, go to Insert/View and select Drill Down.

   

3. Enter a Drill Down description.
4. Next, select New Drill Down.
5. Select a Template from the drop-down list.

6. Set Menu header (not mandatory).
7. Then, select OK to finalize.

Copy and Paste Drill Downs

Once the Drill Down is inserted, it is then possible to copy and paste the same Drill Down into other cells.

1. Copy (CTRL+C) the cell where the Drill Down was inserted.
2. Select Paste Other and Paste Drill Downs into the new active cell.
