TEMPLATE_TYPE is a general parameter that needs to be stated in every PARAM sheet. The parameter defines if the template is a form, report, dashboard, or chart.
Existing template types:
- FORM: A template in which data can be updated to the database
- REPORT: A template with no possibility to update values to the database, only to view values from the database.
- WEBLINK: A template specifying an URL to another website. The URL can be build with dynamic input parameters, in order to for example send in parameters from a selection pane in Bizview.
Should be used when integrating with QlikView or Reporting Services. (available from version Bizview 5.0)
A REPORT template can contain several different sections of reports.
A FORM template contain one or several form sections, but also several sections with reports. In these cases, the template type should still be FORM.

Access Parameters in Template Design by selecting Parameters > Frequently Used > GENERAL > General Parameters.
The parameter TEMPLATE_TYPE must be stated.
