Dashboard Access

When a new Dashboard is created, you need assign access for Client(s), User(s), and Role(s).

  1. To define a Dashboard access permissions, navigate to the Silverlight Client: servername/bizview/default.aspx

  2. Then, go to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION > Templates > SETUP & AUTHORIZATIONS > Templates.

Caution: HTML dashboards are located in the Templates GUI (in the same grid as all the other templates), not in the Dashboard menu item in Silverlight.

  1. Select the Dashboard you want to define access for:

  1. Select the Client tab and mark the clients you want the Dashboard to available to.

  2. Then, repeat this step using the User and Role tab.

Don't  forget to save!
