Analytics
When you click on the Analytics menu, all Analytics reports that you are authorized to will be visible. In addition to the actual Analytics reports, the list also contains any bookmarks connected to your reports that you created.
Use the Search field to search for a specific report and/or bookmark. The search will perform a "contains" search of the word/letters that you enter in the field.
Select an Analytics report to open it. Some reports might be connected to a selection pane, requiring you to select values in the pane prior to opening the report. As soon as you open an analytics report (with or without selection values), the report is added to your workspace.
All bookmarks in the navigation list are marked with a bookmark icon to the left of the name.
A bookmark is an Analytics report that is saved in a particular state, for example with specific rows/columns and filters. If you, as a user, run the same Analytics report over and over again, and you make the same selections in the report (using the same row and column filter), then you can save that report as a bookmark (in the ribbon). The next time you want to open the report you can then use your saved bookmark and save time.
Here, you can also pin any of the analytic reports or bookmarks as favourite. If doing so, the reports pinned as favourites will display at the top of the list under a Favourites category. In addition, any report pinned as favourite will be visible in the My Favourites dasharea, which can be useful to add in an Homepage Dashboard.
