Bookmarks

A bookmark is an Analytics report that is saved in a particular state, for example, with specific rows/columns and filters. If you (as a user) run the same analytics report over and over again, and you make the same selections in the report (using the same row and column filter), then you can save that report as a bookmark to the ribbon. The next time you want to open the report, you can access your saved bookmark and save time.

One analytics report can be the parent to several different bookmarks. The bookmarks that you create from one Analytics report will be visible in this tab.  The same bookmarks will also be visible in the Analytics menu under each analytics report.

Select the Bookmarks tab to view all the bookmarks created from one analytics report.

Select the title to view the bookmark.

If you want to change some field or setting in the bookmark and want to save it again, select Save in the ribbon. Or, if you want to create a new bookmark by opening an existing one, select SaveAs and enter a new bookmark name.

Select the trash can icon to delete a bookmark.
