Dashboard

Select the Dashboard menu to display a list of all dashboards that you are authorized to view.

The Search field can be used to search for a specific dashboard. The search will perform a "contains" search of the word/letters that you enter in the field.

To pin a dashboard as a "favourite", select the thumbtack icon to the right of the title.

Click on the dashboard you want to view to open it:

Dashboard_icon

Dashboard_end_user

The dashboard can contain one, or several, dashpages. Dashpages can be found at the bottom of your dashboard. In the example above, we have three different dashpages (tabs): Overview, Market View, and Product View. Each dashpage consists of one, or several, different dashareas. Click on the tabs to navigate between the dashpages.

Some dashboards might be connected to a selection pane, if that is the case, the selection pane displays at the top of the dashboard. You can select different values in the selection pane and then click the refresh icon to update and filter the data in the different dashareas to only show values for your selections.

The Dashboard ribbon at the top of the page contains the following features:

Ribbon button

Description

Print

Prints the active dashpage. Selecting this feature opens a new window, where you can select to print.

Note: Only the active dashpage (tab) will be printed.

Export to Image

Selecting this feature opens a new window with the selected (active) dashpage as a .png. To export all dashpages in the dashboard, you need to repeat the Export to Image action for each tab.

Share

Select this feature to copy the link to this dashboard. You can choose if you want to include Navigation and/or Header, and if you want URL or a link to embed the dashboard.

Caution: If using Microsoft Edge, Print and Export to Image will not work.

If you are connected to the Bizview role, BV30, you can also add new dashboards or edit the existing dashboards by clicking on the edit button in the Dashboard navigation list.

editdashboard

Or, access edit mode by selecting the Edit dashboard button in the ribbon after opening a dashboard in view mode:

Dashboard_design_edit_dashboard

Select Leave edit to exit edit mode.

Important: Dashboard Design is only available for a particular Bizview role and only in the desktop version, it is not possible to design dashboards on a mobile device or tablet. For more information about Dashboard Design, see Dashboard Design.
