Jobs

Upon selecting the Jobs icon in the main menu, all the jobs that you, as a user, are authorized to display to the left. On the right, a jobs log displays.

Caution: If you, as a user, don't have access to any jobs, this icon will not be visible.

Use the Search field to search for a specific job. The search will perform a "contains" search of the word/letters that you enter in the field.  

To get detailed information about a specific job, select the job title. Upon opening a job, the actual job will be shown instead of the job list and log. Select the Jobs icon to go back to the log.

Here, you can also pin any of the jobs as favourite. If doing so, the jobs pinned as favourites will display at the top of the list under a Favourites category. In addition, any job pinned as favourite will be visible in the My Favourites dasharea, which can be useful to add in an Homepage Dashboard.
