Workflow Mailhandling

Messenger Service

To trigger mail from workflow, the first thing that you need to do is to setup Messenger Service. Thereafter, some settings need to be defined in application settings.

Messenger_service_mailhandl_workflow

  • Value 1:   1 = send e-mail.
  • Value 2:  Name of the application (visible in e-mail to end-users).
  • Value 3:   0 = message status in app.messages. Only messages with status 0 should be sent.
  • Value 4:   URL link to the Bizview application included in the automatic mail to end-users.
  • Value 5:   Optional, use if due date is passed. Reminder, days value  -1 = the steps is one day overdue.
