Workflow notifications support "Realtime Updates" where updates made by other users are published in real-time. Additionally, you now have the ability to mark notifications under a workflow as read, and clear menu step notifications for items already acknowledged. Status includes text and symbols indicating a status change since the step was last viewed by the user. |

This enhancement includes a performance improvement when calculating subtotals for large datasets. |
| Job Templates | Global Parameters now provide validation to ensure the user is notified when the same parameter is added more than once. Additionally, refresh parameters are incorporated in scheduled jobs to ensure accuracy when users make changes after a job was scheduled. |
| Workflow Notifications | The Menu now includes a workflow notification badge that indicates the number of changes made to the workflow since the step was last viewed by the user. Similarly, Pages also include a comment notification (text and symbol) indicating that new comments were added since the step was last viewed by the user. |

After upgrading to this version, the template search will work only for the templates that are from that point onward published. If you want to include all templates in your search scope, please run the command-line tool as described on Template Documentation Utility - Release 22.1.1 & later versions. If you want to add only specific templates in your search scope, then you can open the template, re-save and re-publish it. |
