Drill Down Authorizations

By default, users have access to all drill down templates connected to a template. User access is implemented on the original template, from which the drill is performed; therefore, there is usually no need for specific access settings. However, sometimes it might be useful to limit this access to drill down templates for certain users and/or groups, which can be done using Drill down authorizations.

Access drill down authorizations by selecting System Administration > Templates > Drill down authorizations.

To adjust user and/or group access to drill down templates, click the Drill Down Authorization link.

Highlight the drill template for which you want to limit the access.

Select either the User or Role tab.

Check the Direct Block check box to specifically block access to the selected drill template for the user/role.
