DISABLE_AUTH is an optional parameter that should be used if the user/org authorizations to specific object values should be disregarded when opening the specific report/form in which this parameter is set to TRUE. The parameter can be defined for the whole template or for a specific section in a template. By default, authorizations to object values (that can be defined for a user or organization) are always added to the SQL queries that are created when a report or form is opened. To disable that authorizations rules are added to the SQL queries in a particular template then this parameter need to be defined in PARAM.
This parameter can be useful if a user should be able to view a result report for the whole company including all units, but for all other reports and forms, the user should only have access to one particular unit (since authority to one particular object value is defined for that user). Then, DISABLE_AUTH should be defined in the result report for the whole company.
Access this feature from the Template Design right panel by selecting Parameters > Disable > Disable Authorizations.
Set the Disable Authorization parameter value to TRUE or FALSE.
If TRUE, all authorizations linked to the user will be omitted when opening the report/form.
if FALSE, all authorization rules applicable for the user will be added to the queries when retrieving data to the report/form.
