Links

Links are linked dashareas that can be viewed if the end-user clicks on chart series in the parent dasharea. In order words, links enable the end-user to drill their way down to view more detailed information about a specific chart value.

Clicking a point of the first series displays another chart. The second chart represents more detailed information related to the selected point. It is possible to create several linked steps, making it possible to drill down several layers. If this should be obtained, then a link needs to added for each dasharea in the chain.

Add a link (drill down) by clicking Add.

Then, select among already designed Dashareas.

In the example below, two links have been created for the same dasharea. When this occurs, a menu is created in the generated dasharea and the end-user can then choose how the linked dasharea should be viewed.
