Attachments - Workflow
It's possible to add attachments to the Workflow step. For example, if you want to add Excel files or pictures.
Click on Select a file... and browse to the file you want to attach.
Double-click the file to open. The name of the file then displays in the list with the name of the user above the file name, and the date and time to right.
Delete an attachment by selecting the trash can icon, pictured below.
To reload the document after changes have been made, select the refresh icon.
If a new attachment has been added to a Workflow step, the Attachments section displays a new label that details how many attachments have been added and deleted, like below:
The new attachment is also accompanied by a blue dot next to the date and time for each attachment.
If there are numerous attachments in this step, selecting the "x added" label highlights the attachment(s) in the list. Or, select the "x deleted" label to open the Log.
