Jobs

Upon selecting the Jobs icon in the main menu, all the jobs that you are authorized to display to the left. On the right, a jobs log displays, as shown below:

Caution: If you, as a user, don't have access to any jobs, this icon will not be visible.

Use the Search field to search for a specific job. The search will perform a "contains" search of the word/letters that you enter in the field.

Here, you can also mark any of the jobs as favorite. If doing so, the jobs marked as favorites will display at the top of the list under a Favorites category. In addition, any job starred as favorite will be visible in the My Favurites dasharea, which can be useful to add in an Homepage Dashboard.

To get detailed information about a specific job, select the job title:

Upon opening a job, the actual job will be shown instead of the job list and log, like below:

Select Back to go back to the log.
