Main Menu
Upon logging in to Bizview, your Home page displays with a main menu on the left.
The main menu contains the different Bizview modules that you, as a user, have access to. If you click on one menu item, a list of authorized items displays. For example, if you select Reports, you will see the reports that you have access to.
The Main menu consists of the following:
Home: Home view where you see the name of the logged in user and client in the upper-left corner.
Workflow: A list of the workflows the logged in user has access to.
Dashboard: A list of the dashboards the logged in user has access to.
Analytics: A list of the analytic reports the logged in user has access to.
Reports: A list of the reports the logged in user has access to.
Input: A list of the forms/gridforms the logged in user has access to.
Comments: A list of the comments the logged in user has added, edited, or updated in Bizview.
Jobs: A list of the jobs the logged in user has access to.
Client Data: Manage objects and object values in HTML. This menu item will only be visible for users that are a member in role BV20.
System: A list of system configurations, such as Users & Groups, Clients, Other System Data, Designer Tools, and Data Services. This menu item will only be visible for users that are a member in role BV30 or 40.
Access: Manage access for Clients, Users, Groups, Templates, and Data services. This menu item will only be visible for users that are a member in role BV20 or BV30.
Settings: Use this menu item to access Application, Client, or User settings (depending on authorization level). This menu item will only be visible for users that are a member in role BV20 or BV30.
Workspace: All opened workbooks (except dashboards) can be viewed and accessed from your Workspace.
Help: Selecting this menu item opens the online documentation for Bizview.
User Menu: Use this menu item to access User Settings, Bizview About information, and the Innovation Portal. From here, you can also change clients and logout of your Bizview application.
