Search and Replace
Search and Replace is a powerful Bizview shortcut that enables you to find and/or replace a value within a spreadsheet so that you can make the necessary changes.
Search
To activate the search, press Control+F on your keyboard. The Search dialog displays, as shown below:
There are three different options to refine your search, as described below:
Within: Select Sheet (Default) to search the active sheet. Select Workbook to search all sheets.
Match Case: Select ON to make searches case sensitive.
Match Entire Content: Select ON to make searches content sensitive. For example, when this feature is OFF, you can enter the phrase "sign" and it will return all cases that have "sign" in the word, like "Design".
Once you enter your search terms, select Find Next to cycle through the occurrences in the sheet, as demonstrated below:
Or, select Find All to view a list of search results, like below:
Selecting a row within the search results highlights that occurrence in the sheet, like below:
Replace
To access the Replace dialog from your worksheet, press Ctrl+H on your keyboard.
Enter the terms in the Find What and Replace With fields.
There are three different options to refine your search, as described below:

To replace all items at once, select Replace All:
Or, replace items individually by selecting Find All.
Then, select the item from the list and select Replace:
Once in the dialog, you can easily toggle between the two features by selecting the corresponding tab:
You also have the ability to move the Search and Replace dialog to view and edit your worksheet.
