Clearing Browser Cache/History
The browser history, or cache, can sometimes cause the Bizview application to fail when loading a report or form. The symptom appears as if the browser freezes.To solve this the browser cache, or history, needs to be cleared.

Internet Explorer
Press ALT to show menus and then go toTools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Delete:
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button .
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Network tab.
- Click Clear Now:
Google Chrome
Click the icon in the upper-right corner and select More Tools > Clear browsing data:
Microsoft Edge
- Click the icon in the upper-right corner and select Settings (or press CTRL + SHIFT + Delete).
- Click on Settings in the menu that appears:
- Click Choose what to clear:
Select, at least, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files:
You can turn "Always clear this when I close the browser" to On, and Microsoft Edge will clear this automatically every time you close your browser.
