A Responsible's Status Options

A Responsible can do the following on one individual step:

  • Approve: Approve the underlying step.

  • Reject: Rejects the underlying step and sets the progress status to "Not Approved".

  • Unlock: Sets back the progress status of a step from "Ready" to "In Progress" so that the Doer can register values again.

If a step is set to the status "Not Approved" by a Responsible or Superuser, then the step will be locked again and the Doer can register values in the Form.

  • When the Doer opens a "Not Approved" form and updates values in it, then the status will automatically be set to "In Progress".

  • When the Doer considers themselves to be finished with the adjustments, they must then manually set the step to "Ready" again. The form is then locked again and transformed to READ-ONLY for the Doer.
