DELETE_FILTER is an optional parameter in row 1. By default, all parameter values and object values in each CVAL column will be added as deletion variable when updating values in the database. To override this rule and exclude a parameter or object from the deletion rule, DELETE_FILTER should be defined in row 1 and the value FALSE must be entered for each parameter or object that should not be included in the deletion filter.
