Option to hide unnecessary ribbon buttons for each template.

By default, Bizview shows a lot of different buttons in the end-user ribbon when opening a report or form. This parameter enables the designer to limit the number of buttons available to the end user by determining visibility for each single template.

Access HIDE_RIBBON_BUTTONS in the Template Design right panel by selecting Parameters > Ribbon Buttons:

Select the check box next to the buttons that should be hidden when a user opens the form or report.

The following buttons can be hidden:

  • Export to PDF
  • Export workbook (Excel)
  • General comment
  • Headings
  • Import
  • Print
  • Redo
  • Refresh
  • Save Values
  • Share
  • Undo

Below is an example of the generated report or form BEFORE disabling Export to PDF:
