Specify the URL for the web address you want to navigate to. In this parameter, only the "base" URL should be stated. Thereafter, arguments (dynamic input parameters) are added using WEBLINK_ARG, QV_ARG, or QVS_ARG to specify what should be dynamically sent to the URL.

QVS_ARG

Property name in Qlik Sense i.e Region Name

<value> or $<controltag> from selection pane

N/A

x

number of times

Add any dynamic argument that should be added to the base URL. QVS_ARG is used for integration towards Qlik Sense. The type that is used is governed by selecting "Other", "QlikView", or "QLIKVIEW SENSE" in the Argument type list.

If the WEBLINK report is an integration towards Qlik Sense, then Qlik Sense arguments can be defined in order to dynamically build the complete URL towards the Qlik Sense report. When integrating towards Qlik Sense, select "QlikView Sense" in the Argument Type window, then Bizview will know how to build the complete URL (base URL together with dynamic arguments).

If Qlik Sense is selected Bizview will automatically add necessary characters before each control (specified in the area selected below) so that the complete URL will be correct towards the integrated Qlik Sense report.

If the WEBLINK report is connected to a Selection pane (in the Pane tab), then the control tags from the Selection pane can easily be added to each control ID by clicking the black square. In the below example, one argument is added (Region Name). Region Name is the property name in Qlik Sense and $REGION is the control tag in the Bizview selection pane. The user selects which region the weblink report should be ordered and Bizview sends the selection(s) into the Qlik Sense report.
