Selecting the Help icon from the menu opens a new window where you can access online documentation about Bizview:
Help is divided into five different sections.

Pendo Resource Center
If you are a Platform user, selecting the Help icon from the menu opens the Pendo Resource Center, shown below:
The Pendo Resource Center is acts as a dynamic help by providing links to articles and guides that are relative to the area of the application you are using when you select the Help icon. For example, if you are viewing a report and select the Help icon, the Pendo Resource Center will provide a list of materials related to reports; if you are viewing dashboards when the Help icon is selected, the Pendo Resource Center will provide articles that relate to dashboards, and so on.
The Other resources section of the Pendo Resource Center includes access to the following:
Visit Documentation: Selecting the pop-up icon opens the online help in a new window.
Submit an idea: Selecting the pop-up icon opens the Innovations Portal in a new window.
Contact Support: Selecting the pop-up icon opens a new window where you can submit a support ticket.
