Analytics Ribbon
The Analytics ribbon contains the following options:
Ribbon Button | Description |
|---|---|
Save | Only visible when opening a bookmark. Saves the bookmark again with same ID. |
Save As | Saves your analytic report as a bookmark, or save an existing bookmark with a new bookmark ID. |
Refresh | Refreshes data in the report. |
Close | Closes the report. |
Filter | Opens a filter field at the top of the pivot grid. Drag the field you want to filter on from the All fields panel to the filter field. Click the filter icon to filter on any specific value. |
Export | Exports the report (pivot grid) to Excel. |
Share | Select this button to copy the link to this report. Then, choose if you want to include Navigation and/or Header, and if you want URL or a link to embed the report. |
Selection Pane | Opens the selection pane when the report is connected to a selection pane. If not, this button will not be visible. You can then make another selection and open the report with the new values. |
Visualization View | Displays a visualization of the pivot grid. You can change settings in the Settings tab on the right if you want to, for example, change graph mode. For more information, see Settings. |
