Innovation Portal

You now have the opportunity to share ideas that will bring value to your organization via the Innovation Portal. A link to this portal is available in the User Menu of your Bizview application.

To access the Innovation Portal and submit your suggestions, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the User menu in the bottom-left corner of your Bizview application and select Innovation Portal:

A new tab opens in your browser, displaying the insightsoftware Customer Community:

Important: You must be logged in to access the Innovation Portal.

  1. Select the Log in button in the upper-right corner. You are redirected to the login page, as shown below:

  1. Enter your Email and Password.

  2. Then, select Log in.

Note: If you do not already have an account for the Customer Community portal, select the Not a member? option.

Once you are logged in, you are redirected back to the main page; however, this time you'll have more options to explore.

  1. To submit suggestions for Bizview updates, select the Innovations tab at the top of the page:

  1. Now, you must login to the Innovations Portal using the same Email address:

  1. Select Next. You are redirected to the Ideas page.

  1. Select Add a new idea:

  1. Using the drop-down, select Bizview:

  1. Enter your idea, any supporting details, and proposed value.

  2. When you're finished, select Share idea:

Innovation Portal

You now have the opportunity to share ideas that will bring value to your organization via the Innovation Portal. A link to this portal is available in the User Menu of your Bizview application.

To access the Innovation Portal and submit your suggestions, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the User menu in the bottom-left corner of your Bizview application and select Innovation Portal:

A new tab opens in your browser, displaying the insightsoftware Customer Community:

Important: You must be logged in to access the Innovation Portal.

  1. Select the Log in button in the upper-right corner. You are redirected to the login page, as shown below:

  1. Enter your Email and Password.

  2. Then, select Log in.

Note: If you do not already have an account for the Customer Community portal, select the Not a member? option.

Once you are logged in, you are redirected back to the main page; however, this time you'll have more options to explore.

  1. To submit suggestions for Bizview updates, select the Innovations tab at the top of the page:

  1. Now, you must login to the Innovations Portal using the same Email address:

  1. Select Next. You are redirected to the Ideas page.

  1. Select Add a new idea:

  1. Using the drop-down, select Bizview:

  1. Enter your idea, any supporting details, and proposed value.

  2. When you're finished, select Share idea:
