Sharing Workflows

To share a workflow with someone, open the workflow and select Share from the right panel:

The following options display:

Select the workflow you want to share. Choose between all workflows, current workflow, or current step.

Click on the copy icon to the right of URL or Embed field to get a link to the clipboard.

Caution: The user that receives the link needs to have access to the workflow/step to be able to open it. Otherwise, they will be redirected to the workflow module displaying workflows that they have access to.
