Inserting a Pie Chart

Select the Insert tab in the ribbon and click on Pie Chart to insert a pie chart area into the dashboard:

Below is an example of a pie chart:

After inserting a pie chart dasharea, complete the following steps:

1. Data Bindings: Connect the dasharea to data.

2. Field Sortings: Sort the data the way you want (optional).

3. Filters: Add filters to the data to display the data you want in the dasharea (optional).

4. General Settings: Change the settings to get the pie chart to look as desired.
