TOOLTIP

Optional = optional for each custom button

For each button in the Scripts worksheet, a TOOLTIP can be defined. The TOOLTIP parameter is simply a tooltip text that will be shown when the end-user hover over the button in the ribbon.

When adding or editing a custom button in Template Design, you can add a Tooltip property for the button, as shown below:

When the right panel is collapsed, the information added in above dialog will be automatically written to the SCRIPTS worksheet, and the TOOLTIP property for the specific button will be updated, like below:

When you save and preview or publish the report/form, the custom button will be visible in the ribbon with the tooltip specified:
