AI Doc Assist

The AI Doc Assist feature is integrated with the Bizview Platform application to help answers any questions related to Bizview processes. It is a floating icon placed on all pages of the application and you can move the icon anywhere within the application.

Using AI Doc Assist

To use the AI Doc Assist:

1. Click on the AI Doc Assist icon. The AI Assist Preview window pops up.

   

2. In the chat window, type your questions and press Enter.

   The AI Doc Assist will provide a tailored response to your queries.

   

   You can also select related help articles under References to view more information on the subject.

3. Click the Close button to close the chat window.

   The chat window will close, and the AI Doc Assist button will reappear.

Toggle AI Assist Feature Visibility

To toggle AI Assist feature in the platform:

1. Navigate to System > Appearance > AI Assist.

   

2. In the User settings tab, under AI Assist, select Yes/No to show or hide the AI Assist icon.

   

3. Click Save.

The toggle button shows or hides the AI Assist icon based on user preference.
