Filters

In Filters you can choose to only show a desired number of results. For example, you can filter the top 10 results.

Enter a limit number to narrow down the result.

You can also use the Advanced filtering, both in field filters and aggregated field filters.

  1. Select Edit to insert a filter.

  2. Select the + icon to add a filter.

  3. Then, click on the boxes for more choices to create your own filter.

Below is an example of a filter:

To delete a filter, select the x icon to the left of the condition.

If values should be received from the selection pane connected to the dashboard, see Selection Pane Filter.

Syntax for SQL Smart

Beginning with version 8.5, you have the option to use SQL Smart in the Advanced Filtering dialog.
