Field Sortings

To order the data view fields, select a dasharea and access Field Sortings in the right panel.

Drag and drop the data view fields to change the order of the fields, as demonstrated below:

You can also sort the data fields ascending or descending by selecting the arrow to the right of the data field name.

Select the Toggle sorting check box if you want to control if Bizview should sort the data based on each data point, or sort on the total value. This is especially useful if filtering data using, for example, "Show only top N results" in combination with using Series.

In the example below the data is sorted by Total Revenue (total value):

On the other hand, if using normal sorting, it would find and sort each individual data point and the same chart would look like this:
