Sum Allocation

Sum Allocation allows end-users to edit sum values in a form and thereby allocate new values in input cells. The user should be able to edit a total sum in the form and Bizview then re-calculates the values in all cells linked to that total sum, based on previous value in the cell. In addition, the user should be able to lock specific cells that should not be affected by the allocation.
