Content Settings - Traffic Light

This topic introduces the Content Settings for Traffic Lights.

Below is a list of Traffic Light attributes and functions:

AttributeFunction

Title

Sets the Title text above the Traffic Light box.

Font

Sets the font style for the title text above the Traffic Light box.

Inner Text

Sets the inner text in the inner Traffic Light area. This attribute is good to use when you want to hide the value for NULL values. Usually, the inner text in the Traffic Light is automatically returned by the Value Column in Data Param.

Inner Double Format

Sets the numeric format.

Inner Double Value

Sets the format string that will be used to convert numerical values.

Inner Text Size

Available from Bizview 2013 (4.0.0)

Sets the text size of the inner text (0-100).

Light Type

Select among Normal, Single, or Auto light types.

From Bizview 2013 version, the following new light types have been added: None, NormalNoPanel, and SingleNoPanel.

Light State

Select among Grey, Red, Green, or Orange (with or without flash).

Tool Tip

Sets the tool tip value (use #Value, #Tag, or both).

Placement Column

Position the Traffic Light box by column. In other words, in which column of the dasharea should the light be placed. If only one light exists, only one column exist in the dasharea. If two lights exist within the dasharea, then two columns can be created. For example, if one light is placed in column 1 and the other in column 2, then the lights will be horizontally rendered by each other (presupposed that placement row is set to the same).

There is no limit to the number of columns that can be created within the dasharea. The only limit is the space required to rendered each Traffic Light within the area.

Position the Traffic Light box by row. In other words, in which row of the dasharea should the light be placed. If only one light exists, only one row exist in the dasharea. If two lights exist within the dasharea, then two rows can be created. For example, if one light is placed in row 1 and the other in row 2, then the lights will be vertically rendered by each (presupposed that placement column is set to the same).

There is no limit to the number of rows that can be created within the dasharea. The only limit is the space required to rendered each Traffic Light within the area.
