By default, Bizview shows a lot of different buttons in the end-user ribbon when opening a report or form. This parameter enables the designer to limit the number of buttons available to the end user by determining visibility for each single template.
Access HIDE_RIBBON_BUTTONS in the Template Design right panel by selecting Parameters > Ribbon Buttons.
Select the buttons that should be hidden when a user opens the form or report:
The following buttons can be hidden:
- Export to PDF
- Export workbook (Excel)
- General comment
- Headings
- Import
- Redo
- Refresh
- Save Values
- Share
- Undo
The export buttons and print button selected to be hidden in the template design interface are hidden when the end-user opens the report/form, as shown below:
