Object Pairs

An object pair defines a relationship between a child object and a parent object. For example, between account and account group.

Access Object Pairs by selecting Client administration > Object Structures > Object trees setup > Object Pairs.

  1. To create a new object pair, select New.

  2. Then, select the parent object in the object pair you want to create.

  3. Select the child object in the object pair you want to create.

  4. If you want to inherit object pair structure data from another client, select the source client in the 'Derive tree from' drop-down.

  5. Click the Save button.

Below is a list of Object Pair fields:

Parent Object ID

The parent object in the object pair.



Child Object ID

The child object in the object pair.



Derive tree from

The client where the structure should be inherited from.


Only applicable if both parent and child object IDs matches another client.
