Saves the values you added, modified, or deleted in the grid to the database table. This button is visible when the gridform is changed in any way.

Note: Always remember to save your values before closing the grid or logging out.

Adds a new row in the grid in order to add more records.

Adds multiple rows at the same time in the grid.

Refreshes data in the grid.

Closes the grid.

This button is visible when you modify the grid. Click Cancel to reverse your changes.

Select multiple rows in order to duplicate.

Duplicates the active row in the grid. An identical row is added.

Drag any column in the grid to the Group field and the rows will be grouped by that column. To ungroup, drag the column back to the grid (from the Group field).

By default, the filter field displays at the top of the grid upon opening a Spreadkey. Here, you can select a value that you want to filter the rows by, or you can enter a value to filter on. In some columns, a filter icon displays in the column heading. Select the filter icon within the column heading to choose a filter. Select the filter icon at the top of the grid to hide the filter field altogether.

Exports the grid to Excel.

Select this button to copy the link to this Spreadkey. Then, choose if you want to include Navigation and/or Header, and if you want URL or a link to embed the Spreadkey.
