Reports

Main Menu

The Reports menu, shown below, lists all the reports you are authorized to.

Use the Search field to search for a specific report. The search will perform a "contains" search of the word/letters that you enter in the field.  

Select a report from the list to open it. Some reports might be connected to a selection pane, requiring you to select some values in the pane prior to opening the report. As soon as you have opened an analytics report (with or without selection values), the report is added to your workspace.

Upon opening a report, the Reports menu list will collapse and the actual report displays instead. All reports can be categorized by the designer and if they are, different categories display with the reports below. To collapse or expand all categories, select the arrow buttons to the left.

Here, you can also pin any of the reports as favorite. If doing so, the report(s) pinned as favorites will display at the top of the list under a "Favorites" category. In addition, any report pinned as favorite will be visible in the My Favorites dasharea, which can be useful to add in an Homepage Dashboard.
