Comment Tag Values

Each comment added in a report/form must be linked to at least one dimension value (tag value).

Click the + button in the Linked Values heading and a new panel displays to the left of the linked values panel. In that panel, all tag values that are possible to tag in the report/form will be visible. This is a list of the values Bizview finds in the template (both in the Template sheet and the PARAM sheet).

In most cases, either Bizview has automatically added a linked value (for example, the break sheet value) or the designer of the template has defined some predefined tags, which then would already be present as linked values.

Add tags by clicking on the actual value. When you have added the correct tag(s), click the > button to return to the comment dialog. It's possible to add as many tags as you like.
